NPS Detractor Executive Outreach
When an NPS survey returns a detractor score (0-6), it logs the account in HubSpot, drafts an executive-signed apology.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNPS survey response receivedHTTP webhook
- LogicKeep only detractors (0-6)
- ActionFlag at-risk account in HubSpotHubSpot
- ActionDraft executive apology + make-goodOpenAI
- ActionBook leadership recovery callGoogle Calendar
- OutputQueue executive email draft in GmailGmail
What it does
Elevates serious detractors to leadership. A low NPS score triggers a high-touch play: the account is flagged in your CRM, an executive-tone apology is drafted, and a call with a leader is scheduled so the customer feels heard at the right level.
When to use it
Use it for relationship-based or enterprise accounts where an NPS detractor is a real retention risk and a personal note from a VP or founder materially changes the outcome.
How it works
- 1An NPS survey webhook delivers a new response.
- 2A filter passes only detractor scores of 0-6.
- 3The flow upserts a HubSpot note and an at-risk task on the company record.
- 4An OpenAI step drafts an executive-signed apology referencing the customer's specific feedback and a proposed make-good.
- 5A leadership recovery call is added to Google Calendar with the CRM record linked.
- 6The drafted note is queued in Gmail for the executive to personalize and send.
