Onboarding Completion and Finance System Handoff
When every onboarding gate passes, the flow assembles the vendor's verified profile, creates the vendor in your finance system, links the W-9 file.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerAll onboarding gates complete in NotionNotion
- LogicConfirm tax, bank, and access checks all passed
- ActionCreate payable vendor entity in StripeStripe
- ActionLink stored W-9 from Google Drive to recordGoogle Drive
- OutputNotify Accounts Payable in Slack with vendor IDSlack
What it does
Closes out onboarding by pushing a fully verified vendor into the system of record. It bundles the confirmed tax, bank, and access data, creates the vendor in the finance platform, attaches the stored W-9, and tells Accounts Payable it's done.
When to use it
When vendors finish onboarding in your workflow tool but someone still has to retype everything into the finance system — and that re-entry causes errors and delays.
How it works
- 1A vendor record flipping all gates to complete in Notion fires the trigger.
- 2A logic step confirms tax-verified, bank-verified, and access-granted are all true before proceeding.
- 3The flow creates the vendor as a Stripe payable entity with the verified bank account.
- 4It pulls the stored W-9 from Google Drive and links it to the new vendor record.
- 5An Accounts Payable notification with the vendor's reference ID is posted to Slack as the handoff signal.
Set it up
