AI AGENTS
Alert Slack when calls mention a competitor
Scans each new call transcript for competitor mentions, summarizes the context and sentiment, and posts a real-time alert to a Slack channel for the competitive-intel team.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerCall transcript completedZoom
- LogicMatch transcript against competitor watchlist
- ActionSummarize competitor context and sentimentOpenAI
- ActionEnrich with account and deal stageZoom
- OutputPost alert to competitive-intel Slack channelSlack
What it does
Every new call transcript is scanned for mentions of named competitors. When one appears, the workflow summarizes what was said — which competitor, in what context, and whether the customer was comparing, switching from, or threatening to switch to them — and drops a concise alert into a Slack channel.
When to use it
Use it when competitive intelligence is buried in call recordings nobody re-listens to. This gets the signal to sales leadership and product marketing while the deal is still live.
How it works
- 1A completed call transcript triggers the run.
- 2The workflow checks the transcript text against your watchlist of competitor names.
- 3If no competitor is mentioned, the run ends quietly.
- 4When a match is found, the model summarizes the competitor context, sentiment, and any stated reason for the comparison.
- 5It pulls the account name and deal stage from call metadata for context.
- 6A formatted alert with the quote and summary is posted to the competitive-intel Slack channel.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
