Turn finished Zoom webinars into multilingual narrated short clips
When a Zoom webinar recording finishes, transcribe it, cut the most quotable 30-60 second moments, re-narrate each in three languages with ElevenLabs.

What it does
This workflow watches for completed Zoom webinar recordings and turns each one into a batch of ready-to-post short clips — narrated in English, Spanish, and German. It identifies the highest-impact moments, generates voiceover for each language, archives the assets in R2, and pushes the shorts out to your social channels.
When to use it
Use it when your team runs regular webinars and wants reach beyond the live audience without a manual editing pass. It is built for marketers who need consistent, multilingual short-form output from long recordings.
How it works
- 1A Zoom recording-completed event fires the workflow with the recording and audio URLs.
- 2The audio is transcribed and passed to an LLM that scores segments and selects the three strongest 30-60s moments with timestamps.
- 3For each selected moment, the transcript text is translated and narrated via ElevenLabs into English, Spanish, and German voiceovers.
- 4The clip audio and metadata are uploaded to R2 for archival and CDN delivery.
- 5The finished multilingual shorts are published to your connected social platforms with language-tagged captions.
