CONTENT CREATION
Webinar clip outline from an uploaded recording
On a new recording dropped in Dropbox, transcribe it and produce a ranked, timestamped short-clip outline so a video editor knows exactly which moments to cut first.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew recording file in Dropbox folderDropbox
- ActionDownload recordingDropbox
- ActionTranscribe to timestamped transcriptOpenAI
- ActionRank clip-worthy moments with timestampsOpenAI
- OutputWrite clip outline file to DropboxDropbox
What it does
Generates just the clip-cutting plan from a webinar recording — no blog, no images. It transcribes the file, then has an LLM identify and rank the most clip-worthy moments with start/end timestamps, a hook line, and a suggested caption for each. The output is a tight shot list a video editor can act on immediately.
When to use it
Use it when video is your priority output and you want fast turnaround on shorts/reels. Ideal for teams whose recordings arrive as files (not always Zoom) and who only need the editing decisions, not a full content pack.
How it works
- 1A new video file in the watched Dropbox folder triggers the run.
- 2Download the file from Dropbox.
- 3Transcribe it with OpenAI to a timestamped transcript.
- 4Prompt OpenAI to find clip-worthy moments and rank them by hook strength.
- 5Write the ranked, timestamped clip outline back to a Dropbox text file beside the recording.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect DropboxFiles and folders.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 4Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 5Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
