CONTENT CREATION
Webinar to full repurposing pack from a Zoom recording
When a Zoom cloud recording finishes, transcribe it and generate a complete repurposing pack — short-clip outline, blog draft, and quote cards.

What it does
Turns a finished webinar recording into a ready-to-edit content pack. It pulls the Zoom recording, builds a transcript, and uses an LLM to produce a clip outline (timestamped moments worth cutting), a long-form blog draft, and 3-5 quote cards rendered as images. Everything lands in a single Coda doc so editors start from a draft instead of a blank page.
When to use it
Use it after every recorded webinar or panel where you want repurposed assets without an editor scrubbing the full recording. Best when your team already works in Coda and wants one canonical handoff doc per webinar.
How it works
- 1A completed Zoom cloud recording fires the trigger.
- 2Fetch the recording and its audio track from Zoom.
- 3Transcribe the audio with OpenAI to get a timestamped transcript.
- 4Prompt OpenAI to extract a clip outline, write a blog draft, and select pull-quotes.
- 5Render each pull-quote into a branded quote card image.
- 6Create a Coda doc assembling the transcript, outline, draft, and cards for review.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect Image generationManaged Nano Banana image renders, metered per image.
- 4Connect CodaDocs, packs, automations.
- 5Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 6Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 7Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
