SUMMARIZATION
Post a chaptered Zoom webinar recap to Slack
When a webinar recording completes, AI builds a chapter breakdown with timestamps and a TL;DR.

What it does
Delivers a same-day Slack recap of any recorded Zoom webinar or town hall. The message leads with a TL;DR, then lists each chapter with its timestamp so anyone can jump straight to the segment they care about.
When to use it
Ideal for internal broadcasts, customer webinars, or recurring leadership updates where most people miss the live session and need a fast, skimmable summary in the channel where they already work.
How it works
- 1Zoom fires the recording-completed event.
- 2The flow retrieves the transcript and the webinar title and duration from Zoom.
- 3OpenAI produces a chapter list with timestamps plus a three-bullet TL;DR.
- 4A logic step formats the output into Slack blocks with the TL;DR on top and a collapsible chapter index below.
- 5The recap is posted to the target Slack channel as a threaded message.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.

- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
