SUMMARIZATION
Zoom Objection Mining to Notion Competitive Battlecards
Extract competitor mentions and unhandled objections from each Zoom sales call and append them to a living Notion battlecard database for the named competitor.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom recording completedZoom
- ActionFetch call transcriptZoom
- ActionExtract competitors and tied objectionsOpenAI
- LogicFind or create competitor battlecard pageNotion
- OutputAppend objections to Notion battlecardNotion
What it does
Mines every Zoom sales call for competitor names and the objections raised about them, then accumulates those into Notion battlecard pages. Over time each competitor page fills with real-world objections and the language that worked or didn't.
When to use it
Use it when product marketing wants battlecards built from actual call evidence rather than guesswork. It turns scattered call objections into a searchable competitive knowledge base reps can pull from before their next call.
How it works
- 1A Zoom recording-completed event triggers the run.
- 2The transcript is fetched from Zoom.
- 3An LLM identifies named competitors and extracts each objection tied to them, plus how the rep responded and whether it landed.
- 4A branch routes per competitor: if a Notion battlecard page exists it is reused, otherwise a new one is created.
- 5The extracted objections and rep responses are appended to the matching Notion battlecard with a link back to the call.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
