AI AGENTS
Onboarding Blocker Linear Issue Opener
When an onboarding artifact stays missing well past its due date, the agent opens a tracked Linear issue assigned to the internal owner so the blocker becomes visible…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerDaily schedule fires
- ActionLoad severely overdue missing artifactsAirtable
- LogicSkip items with existing Linear issue
- ActionDraft issue title + body with historyOpenAI
- ActionCreate assigned Linear blocker issueLinear
- OutputWrite issue URL back to AirtableAirtable
What it does
Converts long-stuck onboarding gaps into accountable work items. If an artifact has been overdue beyond a threshold and reminders haven't worked, the agent creates a Linear issue describing the blocker, assigns the internal owner, and links it back to the customer record so it shows up in sprint planning and standups.
When to use it
Use it when chronic onboarding blockers slip through reminder cadences and you need them surfaced as real, prioritized work your team reviews. Good for CS and implementation teams that already run their backlog in Linear.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule runs the check.
- 2The agent loads onboarding artifacts that are missing and more than N days overdue from Airtable.
- 3A filter excludes any item that already has a linked Linear issue to avoid duplicates.
- 4For each remaining blocker the agent drafts an issue title and body with customer, artifact, age, and reminder history.
- 5A Linear issue is created, labeled 'onboarding-blocker', and assigned to the internal owner.
- 6The new issue URL is written back onto the Airtable record.

A webhook from a Datadog monitor fires when custom-metric cardinality jumps; an agent pinpoints the offending metric and tag, estimates the added cost.
Sentry-to-Confluence Runbook Updater
When a Sentry issue is resolved, the agent finds the matching Confluence runbook page and proposes an inline update with the verified fix.
Stale Doc-PR Chaser for Runbook Gaps
On a daily schedule the agent finds runbook doc PRs that were opened from resolved incidents but never reviewed, summarizes what each one fixes.
Resolved Incident to Public Troubleshooting Doc
For customer-facing errors resolved in Sentry, the agent drafts a sanitized troubleshooting entry and opens a PR to your ReadMe documentation.
On-Call Runbook Gap Closer: Resolved Sentry Issues to Doc PRs
An agent reads each newly resolved Sentry issue, compares the actual fix against your existing runbook, and opens a GitHub PR adding the missing remediation steps.
Weekly On-Call Doc-Gap Digest
Each week the agent reviews every Sentry issue resolved in the last 7 days, ranks the ones whose runbook coverage is missing or thin.
