AI AGENTS
Reviewer Approval Loop for Drafted Questionnaire Answers
Routes a drafted security questionnaire to the right reviewers in Slack, collects approve/edit decisions per flagged answer.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerDrafted questionnaire flagged for reviewHTTP webhook
- ActionGroup flagged rows and resolve reviewersConfluence
- ActionPost each flagged answer to reviewer in SlackSlack
- LogicCollect decisions and apply edits to draft
- ActionWrite finalized spreadsheet to DriveGoogle Drive
- OutputPost approval audit trail to deal channelSlack
What it does
Manages the human-in-the-loop step after drafting. It takes the flagged rows from a drafted questionnaire, sends each to the owning reviewer in Slack with approve and edit buttons, applies the responses back into the sheet, and only marks the questionnaire ready to send when all flags are resolved.
When to use it
Use it when answers require sign-off before going to a customer and you need an auditable record of who approved what. It closes the loop between an AI draft and a defensible final response.
How it works
- 1A drafted questionnaire flagged for review triggers the workflow.
- 2The workflow groups flagged rows by control domain and resolves each domain's reviewer.
- 3The agent posts each flagged answer to its reviewer in Slack with approve or edit actions.
- 4A logic step waits for and applies each decision, writing edits back into the draft.
- 5When every flag is cleared, the finalized spreadsheet is written to Google Drive.
- 6A confirmation with the audit trail of approvers is posted to the deal channel.

A webhook from a Datadog monitor fires when custom-metric cardinality jumps; an agent pinpoints the offending metric and tag, estimates the added cost.
Sentry-to-Confluence Runbook Updater
When a Sentry issue is resolved, the agent finds the matching Confluence runbook page and proposes an inline update with the verified fix.
Stale Doc-PR Chaser for Runbook Gaps
On a daily schedule the agent finds runbook doc PRs that were opened from resolved incidents but never reviewed, summarizes what each one fixes.
Resolved Incident to Public Troubleshooting Doc
For customer-facing errors resolved in Sentry, the agent drafts a sanitized troubleshooting entry and opens a PR to your ReadMe documentation.
On-Call Runbook Gap Closer: Resolved Sentry Issues to Doc PRs
