What it does

Watches a Dropbox intake folder for incoming security questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ, or a customer's own spreadsheet). For every question it finds, the agent retrieves the most relevant passages from your policy library and drafts a grounded answer plus a citation to the source policy. It saves a completed draft alongside the original and notifies your reviewers.

When to use it

Use when prospects or customers regularly send security questionnaires and your team retypes the same answers from scratch. Best when your policies, SOC 2 report, and prior questionnaires already live in Dropbox.

How it works

  1. 1A new file in the Dropbox intake folder triggers the run.
  2. 2The agent parses the spreadsheet into a list of questions and detects which column expects the answer.
  3. 3For each question it searches the policy library and pulls supporting passages.
  4. 4It drafts an answer constrained to retrieved evidence, flagging anything it cannot support as "needs human input."
  5. 5The completed draft is written back to a Dropbox "drafts" folder.
  6. 6A Slack message posts a summary with the answered/flagged counts and a link to the draft.
