AI AGENTS
Instant Security Answers from a Slack Paste
A sales or solutions engineer pastes a security question into Slack and mentions the agent; it replies in-thread with a drafted answer grounded in the Confluence policy space.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerAgent @-mentioned in Slack with a questionSlack
- ActionSplit message into individual questions
- ActionSearch Confluence security policy spaceConfluence
- ActionDraft answer with source page citation
- LogicTag confidence ready vs needs-review
- OutputReply in-thread with answers and citationsSlack
What it does
Turns Slack into a self-serve answer desk for security questions. When someone @-mentions the agent with one or more questions, it searches your Confluence security space, drafts an answer for each, cites the source page, and replies in the same thread. Low-confidence answers are clearly marked so the human knows to verify.
When to use it
Use when sales engineers and AEs interrupt the security team with one-off questionnaire questions during deals. This gives them an immediate, citation-backed draft without leaving Slack.
How it works
- 1An @-mention of the agent in any Slack channel triggers the run.
- 2The agent splits the message into individual questions.
- 3For each question it queries the Confluence security policy space for relevant pages.
- 4It drafts an answer strictly from retrieved content and attaches the source page link.
- 5A confidence check tags answers as ready-to-send or needs-review.
- 6The agent replies in-thread with each drafted answer, citation, and tag.
Set it up
