Weekly Plan-Document Freshness and Conflict Audit
Runs weekly to compare benefits facts between Confluence and Notion plan sources, flags stale or conflicting figures with OpenAI.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly audit schedule fires
- ActionCollect benefits figures from ConfluenceConfluence
- ActionCollect matching figures from NotionNotion
- ActionCross-check sources for conflicts with OpenAIOpenAI
- OutputPost discrepancy report to HR Slack channelSlack
What it does
Audits your benefits knowledge base for drift. Each week it gathers the key coverage figures (contribution limits, deductibles, effective dates) from both Confluence and Notion and uses OpenAI to detect contradictions, outdated values, and gaps between the two sources.
When to use it
When your plan documents live in two systems and quietly fall out of sync, so an employee can get one answer from a Notion FAQ and a different one from the Confluence SPD. Run it ahead of and during open enrollment to keep the RAG sources trustworthy.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule triggers the audit.
- 2The flow collects the current benefits pages and key figures from Confluence.
- 3It collects the matching pages and figures from Notion.
- 4OpenAI cross-checks the two sets, listing each conflict, stale date, or missing field with the specific values involved.
- 5A formatted discrepancy report is posted to the HR Slack channel with links to the pages that need correcting.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ConfluenceSpaces, pages, blueprints.
- 2Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.

- 6Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 7Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
