RFP and security questionnaire drafter grounded in Coda
Drafts answers to inbound RFP and security questionnaire questions by retrieving approved language from your Coda hub, then files the cited draft for review before a rep sends it.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew questionnaire file added to Drive folderGoogle Drive
- ActionRetrieve approved answers from Coda hub per questionCoda
- ActionDraft tailored cited answers, mark unmatched questionsOpenAI
- LogicSplit confident answers from gaps needing review
- OutputWrite cited draft and gap list to Coda review docCoda
What it does
Turns a list of RFP or security questionnaire questions into a cited draft. For each question it retrieves the closest approved answer from your Coda knowledge hub, rewrites it to fit the question, and records which Coda source backs each response so a reviewer can verify it fast.
When to use it
Use it when reps and sales engineers burn hours copy-pasting answers across overlapping RFPs and infosec reviews. It accelerates first drafts while keeping every claim tied to approved, current language instead of improvised promises.
How it works
- 1A new questionnaire file lands in the watched Google Drive folder, firing the trigger.
- 2The flow parses each question and retrieves the best-matching approved answers from the Coda hub.
- 3OpenAI drafts a tailored response per question, citing the Coda row it drew from and marking any question with no good match.
- 4A logic step separates confidently answered questions from gaps needing a human.
- 5The completed draft, with citations and a flagged-gaps list, is written to a Coda review doc for sign-off.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
