Grounded reply suggestions for inbound sales email
Reads inbound prospect emails, retrieves the matching answers from your Coda hub.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew email in shared sales inboxGmail
- LogicClassify whether email has an answerable question
- ActionRetrieve relevant material from Coda hubCoda
- ActionDraft grounded reply with internal citationsOpenAI
- OutputSave reply to Gmail drafts for rep reviewGmail
What it does
Watches the shared sales inbox and, for each inbound prospect question, retrieves the relevant material from your Coda knowledge hub and drafts a reply grounded in it. The draft includes a short internal citation block so the rep can confirm each point before sending.
When to use it
Use it when reps are slow to reply to inbound questions because they have to dig for accurate pricing, integration, or compliance details. It cuts response time while keeping answers consistent with your approved source of truth.
How it works
- 1A new message arrives in the monitored Gmail inbox, firing the trigger.
- 2A logic step classifies whether the email actually contains an answerable product or sales question.
- 3The flow retrieves the most relevant pages and rows from the Coda hub.
- 4OpenAI drafts a reply grounded only in the retrieved Coda content, appending an internal citation block.
- 5The draft is saved to Gmail drafts addressed to the prospect, ready for a rep to review and send.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
