What it does
Gives technicians a hands-free way to query the manuals. A mobile or wearable client posts a transcribed question to a webhook; the flow retrieves the right manual passage, generates a grounded answer, and returns it as synthesized speech along with a citation link the tech can open later.
When to use it
When techs are gloved, up a ladder, or under a machine and cannot scroll a PDF. Use it where a short spoken answer with a verifiable page reference beats reading on a screen.
How it works
- 1A client posts the transcribed spoken question to the webhook trigger.
- 2The question is embedded and matched against the Supabase manual vector store, returning the top passage and page.
- 3OpenAI generates a short spoken-style answer grounded in that passage, refusing if coverage is weak.
- 4ElevenLabs converts the answer text into an audio clip.
- 5The webhook responds with the audio URL plus the page citation link for follow-up.
