Weekly knowledge-gap digest from unanswered rep questions
Each week, scans rep questions the answer bot couldn't ground in Coda, clusters the recurring gaps.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly schedule fires
- ActionRead past week's unanswered questions from Postgres logPostgres
- ActionCluster and rank gaps by frequency and impactOpenAI
- LogicDrop clusters already covered by recent Coda editsCoda
- OutputPost prioritized gap digest to enablement SlackSlack
What it does
Closes the loop on your knowledge hub. It reads the log of rep questions that the grounded answer bot could not confidently answer from Coda, clusters them into recurring themes, and produces a ranked list of the biggest content gaps for the week.
When to use it
Use it when your Coda hub keeps falling behind what reps in the field actually ask. Instead of guessing what to document, the enablement team gets a data-driven backlog every week based on real unanswered questions.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule fires the trigger.
- 2The flow reads the past week's low-confidence and unanswered questions from the Postgres log.
- 3OpenAI clusters them into themes and ranks each gap by frequency and revenue impact.
- 4A logic step drops clusters already covered by recent Coda edits to avoid noise.
- 5The prioritized gap digest, with example questions per theme, is posted to the enablement team's Slack channel.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.

- 6Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 7Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
