Pre-Call Objection Brief on Open Opportunities
When an opportunity enters the negotiation stage in Salesforce, generates a one-page brief of the objections likely to surface and the proven rebuttals from similar won deals.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerOpportunity enters Negotiation stage in SalesforceSalesforce
- ActionRetrieve matching won-deal rebuttals from Supabase by deal profileSupabase
- ActionCompose pre-call objection briefOpenAI
- ActionAttach brief as note on the Salesforce opportunitySalesforce
- OutputNotify opportunity owner in SlackSlack
What it does
Arms reps before they walk into a high-stakes call. The moment a Salesforce opportunity hits a late stage, it predicts which objections this prospect is most likely to raise — based on industry, deal size, and competitor — and pulls the rebuttals that worked on comparable won deals into a ready-to-read brief.
When to use it
Use it for negotiation- or proposal-stage deals where preparation matters most. It turns your transcript archive into a tailored cheat sheet without a rep having to ask.
How it works
- 1A Salesforce stage-change event fires when an opportunity reaches Negotiation.
- 2The workflow reads the opportunity's attributes (segment, competitor, deal size) and queries Supabase for won deals matching that profile.
- 3Retrieved objection-rebuttal pairs are passed to OpenAI, which composes a concise pre-call brief grouped by objection type with cited examples.
- 4The brief is written back to the Salesforce opportunity as a note and the owner is notified in Slack.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect SalesforceAccounts, opportunities, cases.
- 2Connect SupabaseTables, auth, storage, edge functions.
- 3Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 4Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 5Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 6Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 7Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
