RFP answer API endpoint with cited, grounded responses
Exposes a webhook that accepts a question and returns a JSON answer grounded in your policy corpus with source citations and a confidence score.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWebhook receives question payloadHTTP webhook
- ActionRetrieve policy + past-answer chunksOpenAI
- LogicReject off-topic or empty retrievals
- ActionGenerate constrained, structured answerOpenAI
- OutputReturn JSON answer with citations + confidenceHTTP webhook
What it does
Provides a programmatic answer service for your internal RFP or sales-enablement tools. Send a question to the webhook and get back a structured JSON payload: the grounded answer, the policy and past-answer sources it cited, and a confidence value your app can use to decide whether to show it or hold it for review.
When to use it
Use this when you already have an RFP portal, CRM widget, or internal app and want a clean retrieval-backed answer endpoint behind it rather than a fixed UI. Good for teams that want to control presentation themselves.
How it works
- 1An HTTP webhook receives a POST with the question and optional context (product, region).
- 2The question is embedded and the top policy + past-answer chunks are retrieved, filtered by any context tags.
- 3A relevance check rejects empty or off-topic retrievals with a clear 'no sourced answer' response.
- 4An LLM produces an answer constrained to retrieved sources and emits structured fields.
- 5The webhook returns JSON with answer, citations, and confidence for the caller to render.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
