What it does
It answers ad-hoc roadmap questions in chat. Ask it to cluster Intercom conversations for a given window or segment, and the agent pulls the data, groups it into themes, ranks them by impact, and returns a digest with the top candidates for the roadmap. If you confirm, it files the leading theme as a Linear issue on the spot.
