What it does

Every Monday it gathers the prior week's Intercom conversations, groups them into a handful of recurring themes (e.g. onboarding friction, billing confusion, missing export), and writes a roadmap brief into Coda. Each theme gets a count, a representative quote, and a one-line product implication so PMs walk into planning with the week's signal already distilled.

When to use it

Use it when support volume is too high to read every conversation but you still want product roadmap input grounded in what customers actually said. Ideal for weekly product or triage syncs where someone otherwise hand-tallies tickets.

How it works

  1. 1A Monday 07:00 schedule fires the run.
  2. 2Fetch all Intercom conversations closed in the last 7 days, with tags and first/last messages.
  3. 3An OpenAI step embeds and clusters them into named themes with volume counts.
  4. 4A summarization step writes one paragraph per theme plus a representative quote and product implication.
  5. 5Rank themes by volume and recent growth.
  6. 6Append the formatted brief as a new dated section in the target Coda doc.
