Weekly Relationship-Health Report from Attio Decay
Every week, aggregates Attio decay scores into a portfolio-health report — tier distribution, biggest decliners, and at-risk revenue.

What it does
This rolls the per-account decay scores up into a leadership-ready weekly read on relationship health. It computes the tier mix, flags the accounts that declined most week-over-week, and quantifies revenue sitting in cooling or cold accounts, then writes a plain-English narrative.
When to use it
Use it in your weekly revenue or CS sync when you want one trustworthy slide on portfolio momentum instead of a stale dashboard. It answers "are our relationships getting warmer or colder, and where is the risk" in a glance.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule fires the run.
- 2Pull current and prior-week scores plus tiers from Postgres.
- 3Pull account revenue and owner fields from Attio for context.
- 4An agent computes tier distribution, top decliners, and at-risk revenue, then writes the narrative summary.
- 5Persist the full breakdown to Postgres for history.
- 6Post the narrative and headline numbers to the leadership Slack channel.
