How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerNew Pending review row in AirtableAirtableAirtable
  • ActionAgent scores variant against brand rubricOpenAI
  • LogicBranch on pass / fail verdict
  • ActionPass: mark Ready for sign-off in AirtableAirtableAirtable
  • ActionFail: re-render via Replicate with correction notesReplicateReplicate
  • OutputPost QA verdict to review channelSlack

What it does

Adds an automated brand check between generation and human review. When a variant is staged, an agent inspects it against your background guidelines (lighting, color cast, prohibited props) and either marks the Airtable row ready for human sign-off or sends it back to Replicate with specific correction notes.

When to use it

When variant volume is high and you want to catch obvious brand misses before they reach a human reviewer, cutting the manual reject-and-redo cycle.

How it works

  1. 1A new `Pending review` row appears in Airtable, triggering the run.
  2. 2The agent evaluates the staged variant against the brand background rubric.
  3. 3A branch routes the row by verdict.
  4. 4Pass: the row is flagged `Ready for sign-off` for a human.
  5. 5Fail: Replicate re-renders with the agent's correction notes and the staged file plus Airtable row are updated.
  6. 6The output step posts the QA verdict and any re-render reason to the review channel.
