CONTENT CREATION
Catalog image background variant factory
Watches a Dropbox intake folder for new product shots, generates three on-brand background variants per image with Replicate, and logs each variant to Airtable as a review row.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew image in Dropbox /intake folderDropbox
- LogicFilter: supported image type, not an output file
- ActionGenerate 3 background variants with ReplicateReplicate
- ActionSave variants to /staged/<sku> in DropboxDropbox
- ActionCreate one Airtable review row per variantAirtable
- OutputPost staging digest to SlackSlack
What it does
Turns raw product photos into a tidy review queue of on-brand background variants. Drop a cutout into a Dropbox folder and the workflow produces three staged variants (studio gradient, lifestyle, seasonal) and files them in Airtable with thumbnails and a Pending status for a human to approve.
When to use it
When your catalog team shoots products on a plain backdrop but needs multiple background treatments per SKU for different channels, and you want every generated option tracked rather than scattered across folders.
How it works
- 1A new file lands in the `/intake` Dropbox folder and fires the trigger.
- 2A filter confirms it is a supported image type and not a re-processed output.
- 3Replicate runs a background-replacement model three times against the three brand background prompts.
- 4Each generated variant is written back to a `/staged/<sku>` Dropbox subfolder.
- 5One Airtable row per variant is created with the SKU, variant name, thumbnail, and a `Pending review` status.
- 6The output step posts a single digest to the operator confirming how many variants were staged.
