SUMMARIZATION
CAB Recording Verbatim-Quote Extraction and Drive Archive
Pulls a CAB Zoom transcript, extracts timestamped verbatim customer quotes grouped by product theme.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom recording completed for CAB meetingZoom
- ActionFetch transcript and recording metadataZoom
- ActionExtract timestamped verbatim quotes by themeOpenAI
- ActionAssemble structured quote-bank document
- OutputArchive transcript and quote bank to Google DriveGoogle Drive
What it does
This workflow builds a durable evidence archive from each CAB call. It fetches the Zoom transcript, extracts the most representative verbatim customer quotes, tags each with a timestamp and product theme, assembles a structured quote-bank document, and files both the raw transcript and the quote bank into a dated Google Drive folder for the research team.
When to use it
Use it when product marketing, UX research, or PMs need to cite real customer language later — in PRDs, pitch decks, or messaging tests — and the quotes currently get lost in raw recordings. It turns every CAB call into searchable evidence.
How it works
- 1A Zoom recording-completed event triggers the workflow.
- 2The transcript and recording metadata are fetched from Zoom.
- 3An LLM extracts high-signal verbatim quotes, each tagged with timestamp, speaker role, and product theme.
- 4The quotes are assembled into a structured quote-bank document.
- 5A dated folder is created in Google Drive and the raw transcript plus the quote bank are uploaded for the research archive.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect Google DriveDocs, sheets, slides, files.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
