Daily Bounce Sweep and Champion-Risk Digest
Each morning scans the prior day's sent mail for bounces against open deals, scores each as a likely champion departure, and posts a prioritized at-risk digest to the sales team.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerDaily scheduled sweep
- ActionPull yesterday's Gmail bounce notificationsGmail
- ActionMatch bounces to open deals and contact rolesHubSpot
- LogicScore by deal value and contact centrality
- OutputPost prioritized champion-risk digest to team channelSlack
What it does
Instead of reacting to one bounce at a time, this runs a scheduled sweep. Every morning it pulls the previous day's Gmail bounces, matches them against open HubSpot deals, scores each by deal value and how central the bounced contact was, and ships one ranked digest to the team channel so leaders see departure risk across the whole pipeline at a glance.
When to use it
Ideal for sales managers and ops who want a single daily pulse on champion risk rather than noisy real-time pings. Use it when many reps share a pipeline and you need triage, not alerts.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule triggers the sweep.
- 2Gmail returns yesterday's bounce notifications.
- 3Each bounced address is matched to an open HubSpot deal and contact role.
- 4A scoring step ranks deals by value and the contact's centrality to the relationship.
- 5The ranked list is formatted into a digest.
- 6Slack posts the prioritized champion-risk digest to the team channel.
