How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • ActionRead MAP board cards with owners and due datesTrelloTrello
  • LogicIsolate buyer-owned steps overdue past threshold
  • ActionPost urgent at-risk alert to AE in SlackSlack
  • OutputEmail manager an at-risk account summaryGmailGmail

What it does

Separates buyer inaction from seller inaction. On a schedule it inspects only the steps owned by the buyer on the MAP Trello board, and when those steps go stale past their due date it escalates: an urgent Slack ping to the AE and an email summary to the manager so leadership knows the deal is at risk.

When to use it

Run this when buyer-side stalls are your top reason deals slip and you want manager visibility before a deal goes dark. Suited to enterprise teams with manager review cadences.

How it works

  1. 1A daily schedule triggers the check.
  2. 2The flow reads MAP board cards and their owners and due dates.
  3. 3A filter isolates cards owned by the buyer that are past due and not done.
  4. 4A logic step checks how many days overdue; only cards beyond a threshold escalate.
  5. 5It posts an urgent Slack alert to the AE naming the stalled buyer steps.
  6. 6It emails the AE's manager a concise at-risk summary for the account.
