Weekly Champion-Risk Digest
Aggregates all detected champion departures from the past week across accounts and delivers a single prioritized risk digest to sales leadership ranked by renewal value.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly Monday schedule fires
- ActionQuery departures from last 7 daysSalesforce
- ActionJoin renewal value + stage per accountSalesforce
- LogicRank accounts by dollars at risk
- OutputPost ranked digest to leadership SlackSlack
What it does
It rolls up every champion-departure event logged during the week, joins each to its account's renewal value and stage, ranks the list by dollars at risk, and delivers one clean leadership digest. Instead of scattered per-account alerts, leaders get a prioritized view of which relationships to rebuild first.
When to use it
Use it when individual departure alerts already fire to reps but leadership lacks a portfolio view. This is the Monday-morning briefing that tells a VP which at-risk accounts deserve attention this week and which reps need air cover.
How it works
- 1A weekly Monday schedule fires the run.
- 2Query Salesforce for contacts marked as departed in the last seven days.
- 3Join each departure to its account's renewal amount, close date, and stage.
- 4A logic step ranks accounts by dollars at risk and rebuild status.
- 5Build a formatted digest table grouped by owner and severity.
- 6Post the ranked digest to the leadership Slack channel.
