How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerSigning platform submits draft for reviewHTTP webhook
  • ActionFetch draft and matching approved templateGoogle DriveGoogle Drive
  • ActionCheck clauses against the policy libraryOpenAI
  • LogicBranch on hard-stop violations: approve or block
  • OutputReturn verdict to signing platformHTTP webhook

What it does

This runs before ink hits paper. When a draft is submitted for signature, the workflow compares it to the approved template and a library of non-negotiable clause rules, then returns a pass or fail verdict to the signing system so out-of-policy drafts are stopped before they become binding.

When to use it

Use it when the cheapest place to catch a bad clause is before signature, not after. It is the enforcement gate that keeps unapproved liability, auto-renewal, or jurisdiction language from ever reaching a counterparty's signature.

How it works

  1. 1The signing platform sends a webhook with the draft contract reference, triggering the run.
  2. 2The draft text is pulled from Drive and matched to its approved template.
  3. 3The model compares clauses against the policy library and flags any hard-stop violations.
  4. 4A logic branch decides: clean drafts return an approve verdict; any hard-stop violation returns a block verdict with reasons.
  5. 5The verdict and violation list are posted back to the signing system via webhook to gate the route-for-signature step.
