What it does

Every executed contract that lands in the signed-agreements Drive folder is diffed against the approved master template for its agreement type. The workflow extracts the deviating clauses, has the model assess each one, and files a structured drift report in Notion so legal never has to read the whole document to know what changed.

When to use it

Use this when sales or procurement counter-signs from a templated base but counterparties redline freely, and legal needs a fast read on what slipped through versus the approved language.

How it works

  1. 1A new PDF or DOCX appears in the Drive "Executed" folder, triggering the run.
  2. 2The file text is read and the agreement type (NDA, MSA, DPA) is detected from the title and headings.
  3. 3The matching approved template is pulled from the template library folder in Drive.
  4. 4The model aligns the two documents section by section and isolates clauses that were added, removed, or materially reworded.
  5. 5Each deviation is classified low, medium, or high risk with a one-line rationale.
  6. 6A drift report page is created in the Notion legal-review database with the file link, deviation table, and overall rating.
