Weekly Coda Rollup into an Exec Brief Emailed via Outlook
Every Monday, pulls the latest rows from your Coda team-update doc, synthesizes them into a one-page executive brief with OpenAI.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerMonday 7am schedule fires
- ActionRead this week's rows from Coda tableCoda
- LogicSkip if no rows returned this week

- OutputEmail brief to leadership via OutlookOutlook
What it does
Turns a sprawling Coda team-update doc into a tight, readable executive brief and delivers it to leadership inboxes before the Monday standup. No more leaders scrolling through a hundred status rows to find what changed.
When to use it
Run this when teams log weekly progress, blockers, and metrics into a shared Coda doc and executives want a digestible summary instead of raw rows. Ideal for ops leads who currently hand-assemble a Monday update email.
How it works
- 1A schedule fires every Monday at 7am.
- 2The flow reads the current week's rows from the designated Coda table (status, owner, highlights, risks).
- 3OpenAI synthesizes the rows into a structured brief: wins, risks, decisions needed, and key metrics, in a fixed exec-friendly format.
- 4A logic step checks that at least one row was returned; if the doc is empty it skips sending and logs a no-op.
- 5Outlook sends the formatted brief to the leadership distribution list with a dated subject line.
Set it up
