What it does

This workflow runs a periodic portfolio-wide audit. It enumerates all executed agreements in a Drive folder, compares each against the current standard template, assigns a drift score, and compiles a ranked table in Coda. The result is a living dashboard of how far the signed book of business has drifted from approved language.

When to use it

Use it for quarterly compliance reviews, board prep, or before a renewal cycle when leadership needs a single view of nonstandard terms across hundreds of agreements — not a one-off check on a single document.

How it works

  1. 1A schedule (e.g. first of the quarter) starts the audit.
  2. 2All executed agreements are listed from the Drive folder and the current template is loaded.
  3. 3For each agreement, an OpenAI model compares clauses and emits a drift score plus the top deviating sections.
  4. 4A logic step sorts and ranks results, flagging anything above the drift threshold.
  5. 5The ranked findings are written as a refreshed dashboard table in Coda for leadership review.
