DOCUMENT OPS
NDA fast-track self-serve approval with Airtable audit log
Detects standard NDAs dropped in Drive, verifies they match your approved template, and either auto-approves and logs them to Airtable or escalates non-standard ones to Slack.

- OutputEscalate modified NDA to SlackSlack
What it does
Fast-tracks the highest-volume, lowest-risk contract type. When an NDA lands in the intake folder, the workflow checks it against your approved template and, if it matches, auto-approves and logs it to an Airtable audit trail. Anything non-standard is escalated for human review instead.
When to use it
Use it when your team signs many mutual NDAs and reviewing each one by hand is wasted effort. Ideal for legal ops that want to reserve human attention for genuinely modified agreements while keeping a clean audit record of everything approved.
How it works
- 1A new NDA file in the Google Drive intake folder triggers the run.
- 2The document text is read from Drive.
- 3OpenAI classifies the NDA as standard or modified and lists any deviations from the template.
- 4A logic step branches: standard NDAs proceed to auto-approval, modified ones go to escalation.
- 5Standard NDAs are written to the Airtable audit log marked approved.
- 6Modified NDAs are posted to Slack for a reviewer to handle.
