Dormant Account Multi-Step Reactivation Cadence with Rep Handoff
Runs a staged reactivation cadence on dormant Attio accounts: email at the anniversary, a follow-up if no reply.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- LogicBranch by cadence stage (touch 1, touch 2, or handoff)

What it does
Drives a three-touch reactivation cadence for accounts that have gone dark in Attio. On the dormancy anniversary it sends the first email, waits for a reply window, sends a second nudge if there's silence, and finally escalates the account to its owner in Slack for a human touch. Each stage is tracked on the Attio record so the cadence never repeats a step.
When to use it
Use this when a single email isn't enough to revive a cold account and you want a disciplined sequence that ends in a warm human handoff rather than an infinite loop of automated mail.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule evaluates dormant accounts in Attio.
- 2Branch on the account's cadence stage stored in Attio: send touch one on the anniversary, touch two after the no-reply window.
- 3Send the appropriate email via Gmail and stamp the stage and timestamp on the Attio record.
- 4If the account reaches the final stage with no reply detected, skip the email branch.
- 5Post a handoff message to the owner in Slack with account context and a link to the record so a person closes the loop.
