Auto-Enroll New Thread Participants into the Committee Map
When a new person is CC'd onto a deal email thread, it identifies who they likely report to from the conversation, creates the contact in HubSpot.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew participant added to deal threadGmail
- LogicConfirm external and not already known
- ActionInfer title, function, and likely managerOpenAI
- ActionCreate contact in HubSpotHubSpot
- OutputSet reports-to link with reasoning noteHubSpot
What it does
Keeps your buying-committee org chart current the moment a new stakeholder appears. As soon as someone fresh is added to a deal thread, this workflow places them into the committee structure, inferring their reporting line from how the existing participants address and defer to each other.
When to use it
Use it on enterprise deals where new stakeholders keep getting looped in late and your CRM org chart is always one meeting behind reality.
How it works
- 1A Gmail trigger fires when a new address joins an existing deal thread.
- 2A filter confirms the address is external and not already a known contact.
- 3OpenAI reads the surrounding thread to infer the newcomer's title, function, and most likely manager among current participants, citing the signal it used.
- 4The contact is created in HubSpot with the inferred title and function.
- 5The contact's reports-to association is set to the inferred manager, and a note records why the link was drawn.
