AI Revival Brief Generator for Dormant Accounts
For each newly dormant account it researches recent company news, drafts a tailored revival angle with an LLM, and writes a ready-to-use brief into the Coda queue.

What it does
This workflow gives every dormant account a custom re-entry strategy instead of a generic blast. For accounts that just crossed the silence threshold, it gathers context — HubSpot deal history plus fresh public signals about the company — and uses an LLM to draft a short revival brief: why they likely went quiet, a relevant hook, and a suggested opening line. The brief is written into the account's Coda queue row so the operator opens a fully reasoned starting point.
When to use it
Use this for higher-value accounts where a personalized, well-researched angle materially improves win-back odds and a templated email would fall flat.
How it works
The workflow triggers when a new account lands in the Coda queue. It pulls the account's deal and engagement history from HubSpot, runs a web search for recent company news and signals, then passes everything to an LLM that produces the structured revival brief. The agent reasons over conflicting signals to pick the strongest angle, and the final brief plus suggested opener is written back to the Coda row.
