What it does
Turns a passive inbound touch from a previously-lost contact into an immediate, routed reopen. When a dormant contact re-engages, the deal is resurrected in the CRM and handed to a rep within minutes instead of sitting unnoticed in an inbox.

How it works
- 1An inbound webhook fires when a marketing or website event arrives (reply, form submit, or return visit).
- 2A logic step looks up the contact in HubSpot and checks whether they belong to a closed-lost deal.
- 3If matched, the original opportunity is reopened and re-prioritized in HubSpot with the inbound event logged.
- 4The deal is assigned to the original owner, or rerouted if that rep is inactive.
- 5The assigned rep gets an immediate Slack notification with the contact, the inbound action, and the prior deal context for a fast follow-up.
