What it does

Nightly, this workflow finds Salesforce accounts that have gone quiet, computes a recency score for each, and assembles a ranked reactivation cohort attached to a Salesforce campaign your reps can work from.

When to use it

Run it when you want a repeatable, defensible list of who to re-engage instead of a one-off manual export. Ideal for RevOps teams that need the cohort refreshed automatically and tied to a campaign for attribution.

How it works

  1. 1A nightly schedule fires the run.
  2. 2Query Salesforce for accounts whose `LastActivityDate` is older than 90 days and whose status is still Active.
  3. 3A scoring step ranks each account by days-since-last-touch, lifetime value, and open pipeline, producing a 0-100 recency-weighted score.
  4. 4A filter keeps only accounts scoring above the reactivation threshold.
  5. 5Create or refresh a Salesforce campaign and add the surviving accounts as campaign members with their score stamped on a custom field.
  6. 6Post a summary of cohort size and top accounts to the RevOps Slack channel.
