How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerWeekday morning schedule
  • ActionPull hot-tagged Front conversationsFront
  • ActionFetch matching HubSpot deals and last stage changeHubSpotHubSpot
  • LogicKeep deals stalled past threshold
  • LogicGroup by owner, sort by days stalled
  • OutputSend per-owner follow-up list to SlackSlack

What it does

Closes the loop between an interested signal and rep follow-through. Every weekday it cross-references contacts tagged hot in Front against their HubSpot deal activity and surfaces the ones going cold, so nothing tagged as promising quietly stalls.

When to use it

Use it when reps tag conversations as hot in Front but then get busy, and deals sit untouched for days. This gives each rep a short, ranked morning list instead of a guilt-trip pipeline review.

How it works

  1. 1A weekday morning schedule triggers the run.
  2. 2The flow pulls Front conversations carrying the `hot` tag from the last 30 days and collects their contact emails.
  3. 3It queries HubSpot for the matching deals and their last stage-change date.
  4. 4A filter keeps only deals with no stage movement in the configured threshold (default 4 days).
  5. 5The remaining deals are grouped by owner and sorted by days stalled.
  6. 6Each owner receives a Slack message listing their stalling deals with direct HubSpot and Front links.
