Weekly Intercom topic roll-up per Attio company with Slack digest

What it does
This answers "what is each account actually talking to us about lately?" It groups the last seven days of Intercom conversations by company, asks OpenAI to rank the top three recurring topics with a one-line summary each, writes that summary onto the Attio company record, and posts a readable digest to Slack for the CS team.
When to use it
Use it for Monday-morning account reviews, or when stale Attio company records lack any sense of current conversation themes. It complements per-contact tagging by giving a company-level view.
How it works
A weekly schedule triggers the run. The workflow pulls all conversations closed in the trailing seven days from Intercom and groups them by company. A logic step filters out companies below a minimum conversation count to avoid noise. OpenAI summarizes each qualifying company's top topics. The workflow updates the Attio company's `weekly_topics` attribute, then formats and posts a grouped digest to a Slack channel.
