Lapsed-Account Re-Engagement Playbook Agent
For each dormant high-value account, an agent reviews CRM history and recent company news, then assembles a tailored re-engagement playbook (angle, draft outreach.

- ActionWrite follow-up task onto Salesforce accountSalesforce
- OutputNotify owner of ready playbook in SlackSlack
What it does
Takes the dormant accounts surfaced by decay scoring and, for each one, has an agent reason over the account's CRM history and fresh external signals to produce a concrete re-engagement plan: a reason to reach out now, a draft email, and a recommended channel and timing.
When to use it
Use this when reps know an account is lapsing but stall on what to actually say. It turns a risk flag into a ready-to-send outreach, grounded in real account context rather than a generic nudge.
How it works
- 1A schedule kicks off the run over the current dormant-account list.
- 2The agent pulls each account's opportunity, contact, and activity history from Salesforce.
- 3It researches recent company news and triggers via web search to find a timely angle.
- 4It drafts a tailored re-engagement playbook with a suggested message and timing.
- 5It writes the playbook as a follow-up task on the Salesforce account and notifies the owner in Slack.
