Reassign orphaned deals with account-history briefing to new owner
After reassigning a departed rep's opportunity, this gathers recent account activity and notes, has an agent write a handoff brief.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerSalesforce Opportunity OwnerId changedSalesforce
- ActionFetch account activity, notes, and open tasksSalesforce
- LogicSkip early-stage or low-value deals
- LogicAgent writes account handoff brief
- OutputEmail brief to new owner via GmailGmail
- OutputNotify new owner in Slack DMSlack
What it does
Makes a reassigned deal land softly. Once ownership moves, it pulls the account's recent activity, open tasks, and last touchpoints, then has an agent write a concise handoff brief — what's been promised, who the contacts are, what's next — and sends it to the inheriting rep.
When to use it
Use this when continuity matters: a new owner inheriting a mid-cycle deal cold can fumble the relationship. The brief gives them the context the departed rep took with them, cutting ramp time on every reassigned account.
How it works
- 1The flow triggers on a Salesforce Opportunity OwnerId change to a new active rep.
- 2An action fetches the account's recent activities, notes, and open tasks from Salesforce.
- 3The agent synthesizes a handoff brief: deal status, key contacts, commitments made, and recommended next step.
- 4A logic step skips early-stage or low-value deals where a full brief isn't warranted.
- 5An output emails the brief to the new owner via Gmail and posts a short notice in their Slack DM.
