What it does
This workflow scans inbound Outlook replies specifically for negative-signal intents — unsubscribe requests, do-not-contact, legal or competitor mentions, and hard objections — and updates the matching Attio record to suppress further outreach and move the deal to the right stage so reps stop emailing people who said no.
When to use it
Use it for compliance and deliverability hygiene: when opt-out and angry replies slip past reps, your sender reputation drops and you risk emailing contacts who explicitly asked you to stop.
How it works
