What it does
For every stale open opportunity, an agent reads the deal's recent notes, last touchpoint, and stage context, then drafts a specific, non-generic re-engagement email the rep can send to revive it. Drafts are delivered to the owner for one-click approval; approved drafts are logged on the opportunity in Salesforce as a scheduled next step rather than sent blindly.
