What it does

Every inbound voicemail becomes a transcribed, intent-classified Salesforce Task attached to the correct record, with a Slack ping to the owning rep. No more replaying messages or copy-pasting numbers into the CRM.

When to use it

How it works

  1. 1A new voicemail recording hits the webhook (from your phone system).
  2. 2ElevenLabs transcribes the audio to text with speaker timestamps.
  3. 3OpenAI classifies intent (new inquiry, pricing, support, callback request) and extracts the callback number and urgency.
  4. 4The flow matches the caller's phone number to an existing Salesforce Lead or Contact, creating a Lead if none exists.
  5. 5A Salesforce Task is created on that record with the transcript, intent label, and a due date scaled to urgency.
