What it does
Every inbound voicemail becomes a transcribed, intent-classified Salesforce Task attached to the correct record, with a Slack ping to the owning rep. No more replaying messages or copy-pasting numbers into the CRM.
When to use it
For inbound sales lines where prospects leave voicemails after hours or during calls reps miss. Use it when speed-to-lead matters and you want every message logged as a trackable next step rather than an unstructured audio file.
How it works
- 1A new voicemail recording hits the webhook (from your phone system).
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the audio to text with speaker timestamps.
- 3OpenAI classifies intent (new inquiry, pricing, support, callback request) and extracts the callback number and urgency.
- 4The flow matches the caller's phone number to an existing Salesforce Lead or Contact, creating a Lead if none exists.
- 5A Salesforce Task is created on that record with the transcript, intent label, and a due date scaled to urgency.
- 6Slack notifies the assigned rep with a one-line summary and the record link.
