Voice memo that updates the HubSpot deal stage and notes
Listens for a posted voice memo, transcribes it, extracts the deal name and any stage change the rep mentions, and updates the HubSpot deal with a timeline note and new stage.

- OutputConfirm change in the Slack threadSlack
What it does
A rep speaks an update like "Acme is moving to contract review, send pricing Friday." The workflow transcribes it, pulls out which deal it refers to and what changed, then advances the HubSpot deal stage and appends a note to the deal timeline. Pipeline stays live in the rep's own words.
When to use it
Use it for pipeline hygiene when deal stages lag reality because reps won't open HubSpot between meetings. Ideal for outside sales who talk far more than they type.
How it works
- 1The rep posts a voice memo to a dedicated Slack channel, which triggers the run.
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the audio attachment.
- 3OpenAI extracts the deal name, the intended stage, and any follow-up commitments as structured fields.
- 4A logic step confirms the deal exists in HubSpot and that the requested stage is valid for the pipeline; invalid or unmatched updates are rejected back to Slack.
- 5The workflow updates the deal stage and writes a timeline note, then confirms the change in the Slack thread.
