What it does
When a Zoom call recording finishes processing, this workflow transcribes it with ElevenLabs and scans the text for risk language such as competitor mentions, budget cuts, or stalling. Routine calls just get a transcript note on the deal record. Calls that trip a loss signal get escalated as a review request to a Slack channel so a manager can intervene before the deal slips.
When to use it
Use it when you want every recorded call captured in the CRM but only want human attention on the at-risk ones. Ideal for sales orgs that record on Zoom and want early-warning routing on deals heading sideways.
