What it does
When a scheduled deal call finishes, the workflow compares who was invited (from the Salesforce opportunity contact roles) against who actually joined the Zoom meeting. If a contact marked as Decision Maker or Economic Buyer was a no-show, it drafts a tailored re-engagement email for the rep.
When to use it
Use it when key stakeholders routinely skip calls and reps don't notice until the deal goes quiet. Catching a missed economic buyer the same day keeps momentum and gives the rep an immediate next action.
