What it does
This workflow enforces a simple but strict discount gate on HubSpot deals. Small discounts under your auto-approve limit pass through instantly and the deal advances. Anything above the limit is parked in a Pending Approval stage and an approval request is emailed to the deal desk, so over-threshold discounts never slip into a closed-won state without sign-off.
When to use it
