Agent Triage Of Signed Contracts With Notion Routing
When a signed contract arrives in Google Drive, an agent verifies the signature metadata, reasons about whose name and date are expected for that contract, logs findings to Notion.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew signed contract in Google DriveGoogle Drive
- ActionAgent extracts signer, date, and certificateGoogle Drive
- LogicAgent cross-checks against expected signer and date
- ActionLog verification findings to NotionNotion
- OutputEscalate mismatches to SlackSlack
What it does
Uses an agent to triage signed contracts beyond a fixed rule check. It reads the embedded signer, date, and certificate, then reasons about whether the signer and date match what was expected for that specific contract (for example, the counterparty named in the document), records its findings in a Notion verification log, and escalates anything suspicious.
When to use it
Use it when a simple field-presence check is not enough and you need judgment about whether the right party signed at a plausible time. Good for teams handling varied counterparties where expected signer names differ per document.
How it works
- 1A new signed contract in Google Drive triggers the run.
- 2The agent extracts signer, date, and certificate metadata from the PDF.
- 3The agent cross-checks signer and date against expected values inferred from the document body.
- 4It writes a structured verification entry to the Notion log.
- 5On any mismatch or low-confidence result, it escalates with context to a Slack channel.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect Google DriveDocs, sheets, slides, files.
- 2Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
